Recibirás tu mimoki el jueves anterior a la fecha de tu evento, a lo largo del día, por medio de MRW, en algunas excepciones el viernes. Nosotros nos encargamos de solicitar la recogida en el mismo sitio para el lunes. Recibirás noticias nuestras el domingo para recordarte cómo debes hacer la devolución. Si necesitas cambiar algún detalle de tu devolución debes ponerte en contacto con nosotros escribiendo a [email protected]
Extra days:
Es muy importante que recibamos el tocado a tiempo. Hay otra clienta esperándolo para su evento y tenemos que dejarlo perfecto. La entrega fuera de plazo supondrán 5€ adicionales por cada día con un máximo de 2 días. Una vez vencido el máximo de días adicionales se tendrá que realizar un nuevo alquiler del fin de semana correspondiente. En caso de requerir días adicionales es indispensable comunicarlo a [email protected]
