DEVOLUCIÓN EN TIENDA DE PEDIDOS ONLINE

Acude a nuestra tienda en Madrid, ubicada en Conde de Aranda 8 y entrega el artículo que deseas cambiar o devolver. Si es una devolución, se reembolsará el importe integro del pedido.

RECOGIDA EN DOMICILIO PENÍNSULA

Dispones de 14 días para solicitar la recogida a domicilio y enviaremos a un mensajero a recoger tu paquete o bien cambiarlo por otro diferente.

Una vez recibido el producto en nuestra oficina y comprobar que el artículo se encuentra en perfectas condiciones, procederemos a la devolución del importe del mismo.

 - ALQUILER DE TOCADOS: 

El alquiler de tocados por medio de nuestra página web supone pagar el precio total del alquiler a la hora de realizar el pedido.

 Además, por defecto, tendrá que solicitar tanto la entrega a domicilio como la recogida en la misma dirección haciéndose Mimoki responsable de este servicio. Su coste será de 6,50€ ida y 6,50€ vuelta, coste que corre por parte del consumidor.

 A la hora de realiza 

 El repartidor le entregará su pedido durante el día del jueves, de la misma semana del sábado seleccionado, a la dirección proporcionada por el cliente en el proceso de pago. A su vez se recogerá la devolución a lo largo del día del lunes, de la semana siguiente, en el mismo domicilio que la entrega. 

 Antes de preparar el envío del tocado le haremos llegar por medio de correo electrónico un link para pagar la fianza, consiste en una retención de 100€ la cual será desbloqueada automáticamente una vez hayamos recibido en nuestra tienda el tocado de vuelta y comprobar que está todo perfecto. En caso de desperfectos descontaremos de la fianza la parte correspondiente.

 Si desea cambiar el tocado de modelo, esto será posible teniendo un coste de 5€. Para ello, puede ponerse en contacto con nosotros vía email o a través de nuestro número de teléfono.

Podrá cancelar el tocado 2 días antes del envío y se abonará la cantidad correspondiente junto con el coste de envío pagado.
