Every year I look forward to Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week . I love being able to attend the shows of colleagues in the industry and enjoy seeing the new collections with my friends.

For many years Mimoki has been working with Spanish brands to create headdresses that complement their collections. This year, we were particularly excited because we were lucky enough to create the hats for the Miguel Marinero fashion show, a great figure in Spanish fashion and a leading reference in fur. In addition, the 28 looks that make up the collection were coordinated by stylist Iria Ballesta.

With its ELEMENTS collection, Marinero wanted to pay homage to time, based on nature and the colours of the earth. A palette of brown, orange, burgundy and ochre tones that play with greens and contrast with intense blues, purples and lilacs.

The layering of garments that dominated the entire show played with the masculine lines of our hats, which looked really cool with printed silk scarves.

Mohair, lurex, satin and wool have been the new materials that have been combined with Marinero's great specialty: fur coats and stoles masterfully dyed to be the main stars of the show.
