BIO

Ana María Chico de Guzmán grew up in Madrid surrounded by family-run millinery and haute couture shops.

Since she was little she played, experimenting with designs for her favorite dolls.

A graduate in business administration and management, she studied a master's degree in fashion styling and photography and began creating accessories for her friends' first weddings.

Word soon spread and in 2008 she opened her first headdress workshop in the Salamanca district. Since then, Mimoki has not stopped growing and Ana María leads a creative and artisan team that produces each piece with their heads in the clouds and their feet on the ground.
