Ani & Pedro's wedding

As soon as we got the news, we created a chat called “your bridesmaids”. And so we were able to get involved (more than help) like the groom’s 3 self-appointed “fairy godmothers”. Pedro, a great friend since we were teenagers, was getting married and we were excited!

Ani looked spectacular, radiant in a wonderful lace dress with a V-back by Jorge Vázquez and a mimoki tiara that we designed together with mini cold porcelain flowers handmade with vintage chains in old gold that she wore with an ideal ponytail made by Álvaro Talayero. (T.627419100).

I think more than half of us gasped when we saw her arrive.

The makeup was done by Ana Reyna Torroba (adereynatorroba@gmail.com) who is also a friend of the bride and did the makeup for her mother and sister, who wore a mimoki from our Ottoman collection. A silk raffia bandeau with an embroidered braid brooch looked perfect with her loose hair. We had a great time with them at the fittings!

They got married in the Church of Sotosalbos, a small Romanesque church that is already one of my favorites and we celebrated it at El Esquileo de Cabanillas.

Samantha was in charge of the catering and decoration, filling the space from floor to ceiling with flowers, branches and candles, creating a magical atmosphere.

The music was the other highlight of this wedding. Ani's brother's band, Ligula , played the waltz and Pedro's cousin came with his orchestra Música para Todos. The dancing with DJ Nano Gorriz lasted until dawn!

When I ask Ani about her wedding she tells me:

“I wish I could get married a thousand more times because it all went by so fast!”

And I think: Nothing more to add.
