Better in advance: It is always best to choose your headdress well in advance to avoid any last-minute setbacks. The selection of rental headdresses is limited as the event date approaches and the most popular headdresses can be booked up months in advance.

Consider the style and color of the dress: The headdress you choose should complement your dress, so it is important to take into account the style and color when selecting the headdress. Depending on the effect we are looking for, we can choose a headdress that matches the dress or in a neutral tone that softens it, or on the contrary, break up with other tones in the accessories.

If you can come, try the headdress on with the dress: When trying on the headdress, it is a good idea to bring the dress you will wear to the event with you so you can see it all together. Step 1: Reserve your headdress.

Booking online is very easy, you can do it as far in advance as you like. Choose the headdress you like best and add it to your cart, fill in the details and that's it, you have your Mimoki reserved to wear on the date of the event.

If you prefer to reserve a headdress from the exclusive selection in the store, which is not available online, you can contact us via WhatsApp. In this case, we will advise you and send you our details so that you can reserve it from your phone.

The week of your event we will contact you to retain the 100 euro deposit, which will be automatically released a few days after we have received the headdress back and verified that it is in perfect condition.

Step 2: Receive your headdress.

Please note that rental headdresses are only available on the peninsula. Whether you have rented your headdress via the web or via WhatsApp, our headdresses leave the Mimoki store every Wednesday, so you can try them on with your complete outfit at home from Thursday or Friday. This way you will have everything ready to enjoy your Mimoki at the weekend.

Step 3: Enjoy your Mimoki.

Laugh, enjoy, take photos and if you feel like posting them on social media, tag us on our Instagram @mimokishop. We love seeing our guests looking radiant.

Step 4: Return your headdress.

One option is to stop by our Mimoki store to return the headdress.

The other option is to request collection with our courier, we will arrange for it to be collected on Monday at the indicated address and the shipping cost will be included in your account.

Once we receive your mimoki, the deposit will be automatically released from your bank card within the next 8 days.

How to rent a headdress in a store?

Renting a headdress from our guest shop is a simple and fun process.

The mimoki team will advise you on the best options according to the protocol of your event, the chosen look, your physiognomy, and the attitude you want to highlight for that special day.

Our collection consists of a wide variety of headdress options available for rental depending on the date of your event.

We will help you learn how to position it correctly and hold it in the right way for your hairstyle.

Once the design has been chosen, and the details and date of the wedding have been noted, as well as the names of the bride and groom to avoid having very similar models at the same wedding, the rental reservation will be made.

The reservation is confirmed for that specific mimoki and for that date, with a non-refundable deposit of 20 euros.

Once the event date arrives, you can pick it up on Thursday or Friday.

If you pick up on Thursday you will have to return on Monday, and if you pick up on Friday you can pick up on Monday or Tuesday.

The rest of the rent will be paid at the time of collection (minus the 20 euro deposit if it has been previously paid)

Also the security deposit of 100 euros that will be released when you return the headdress and we verify that it is in optimal condition.

If it is in cash, it will be delivered at the time of returning the headdress, once it has been checked and it is in perfect condition.

If the deposit is paid by card, it will be automatically released within 8 days of the headdress being returned.

If you request shipping and collection, our team will arrange it with a courier so that you receive it on Thursday or Friday. It will be collected on Monday after the event.

Finally, when you return your headdress, make sure you do so within the stipulated time frame and in good condition, so as not to incur additional charges.

If you wish to change your headdress after booking for another model for the same date, you can choose another available model with a surcharge of 5 euros per change.

If you do not pick up your headdress once it has been reserved, the reservation deposit will not be refunded.
