GUEST AND BRIDE HEADGEAR:
The delivery time for these products is 20 to 25 business days from when the order is placed online and delivered to the indicated address.
BAGS, CLOTHES, SHOES AND ACCESSORIES:
The estimated delivery time for these products is 2 to 4 business days in the Peninsula, if they are in stock.
Shipping costs are specified at check out. For the Peninsula, the price is €6.50 for any type of product whose value is less than €85.

Returns: As this is a custom-made product, returns are not accepted.
Exchange: You will have up to 14 days from the date you receive the product to make any kind of modification. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer *See exchanges and returns for online purchases.

ONLINE SHOPPING:
1. Free return or exchange in store: If you are not satisfied with your online purchase , you have 14 days after receiving your order to exchange it for another size or request a refund. Go to our Madrid store, located at Conde de Aranda 8, and deliver the item you wish to exchange or return. If it is a return , we will give you a coupon for the value of your purchase so you can buy or rent any product from our online store or at Mimoki. Store , valid for one year. It is essential that the product is in perfect condition and bears the label with which it was delivered.
2. Home collection: You have 20 days to request home collection and we will send a courier to pick up your package or exchange it for a different one. Request the collection or exchange at ecommerce @ mimoki .es or via Whats A pp 602 252 687. Pack the items securely, in their original packaging, if possible. The carrier will come to your home to pick up the product, or to exchange it for the new one. The price of this service on the peninsula is €9 for an exchange and €6.50 for a return. It is essential that the product is in perfect condition and bears the label with which it was delivered.

3. Changes: If you prefer another size or model, you can request it at ecommerce@mimoki.es
4. Exchanges and returns outside Spain: in case of exchange, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to mimoki.
Returns Conditions:
When making changes and returns you should know that:
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them. If not, we will evaluate whether they are eligible for exchange or return.
- As soon as we receive your package, we will check the condition of the items and exchange the size or send the coupon for the value of the amount.
- Customers in the European Union have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to cancel their purchase.
- You will receive the coupon in your email within 1-3 days of receiving the product.
