Rental process:
It is very easy to rent your mimoki if you cannot do it directly in our store.
You just have to select the mimoki you like the most on the rental headdresses page. When you enter the product, below the quantity, you will see a section that says "date", when you click on it, a calendar will appear so you can select the weekend of your event.
If you cannot select the date you want, it is because the headdress is no longer available.
In case none of the mimokis we have for rent fit what you are looking for, you can consult our ONLINE STYLIST.
When processing the payment you can choose whether you want home delivery or pick up in store. If you only require the outbound or return service , send us an email to ecommerce@mimoki.es so we can arrange it.
Rental days:
You can enjoy your mimoki for 5 days (from Thursday to Monday).
Bail:
On Monday before the event date, you will receive an email from us with a link so you can complete the deposit process for €100, which will be released when you receive the headdress at our facilities. If you do not complete this process, we will call you on Wednesday and we can arrange the payment over the phone. It is very important to block the deposit so we can ship your headdress.
We never charge for this deposit, it is always a block on the card as an insurance measure.
If your mimoki is damaged in any way (stains, broken materials, etc.) we will be forced to deduct part of the amount paid as a deposit, depending on the damage suffered.
In the event that your mimoki is lost, the entire deposit will be deducted and we will contact you to collect the full sale price of the headdress.
In any case, we will contact you to notify you of the damage and the amount that will be deducted from the total deposit.
Rental Shipping and Return:
You will receive your mimoki on the Thursday before the date of your event, during the day, via MRW, in some cases on Friday before midday. We will arrange for the collection at the same location for Monday. You will receive news from us on Sunday to remind you how to make the return. If you need to change any details of your return, you must contact us by writing to ecommerce@mimoki.es
Extra days:
It is very important that we receive the headdress on time. There is another client waiting for it for her event and we have to leave it perfect. Late delivery will incur an additional €5 for each day with a maximum of 2 days. Once the maximum number of additional days has expired, a new rental for the corresponding weekend will have to be made. If additional days are required, it is essential to notify ecommerce@mimoki.es
Return of the product without its hat box:
It is essential that the item is returned in the same packaging in which it was received, as this helps it to remain in good condition during the journey. If the return is not made in the specified conditions, the customer will have to pay €10.
Rental Cancellations:
You can cancel your rental before 14 days before your event and we will refund the rental amount, shipping costs and insurance, minus €20 for management and booking fees. If you decide to cancel after 15 days, the refund will be made in the same way, but in the form of a gift card so you can spend it in our online store or in the physical store .
